In August 2024, I made a life decision that would reshape the speed and scale of my journey. I relocated to Dubai, a long overdue decision I must say!
I am writing this blog to inspire entrepreneurs who feel stuck despite their experience and hard work, and to express my deep gratitude to Dubai, my new home away from home.
I was not starting from zero. I was not searching for direction. What I was seeking was acceleration. And what I discovered in Dubai was an ecosystem designed to turn vision into momentum.

I am an entrepreneur with over twenty years of experience. I had built businesses, mentored startups across regions, worked with international accelerators, and launched projects that made an impact. I was building steadily and consistently.
What changed in Dubai was not my ambition, not my expertise, not my vision. What changed was the ecosystem.
Dubai gave me something incredibly powerful as an entrepreneur: peace of mind. And when you remove unnecessary friction from a founder’s life, clarity increases. Energy increases. Execution accelerates. Results multiply.

Acceleration in Action

Within one year of relocating, a project that had been in development for more than a year reached a level of impact that exceeded our expectations. That project is Kids Entertainment’s Peppa Dubai Tour. Read my interview with Licensing Magazine here.
Peppa Dubai Tour is not just a themed activity. It is the first cartoon character-branded sightseeing bus experience of its kind in the region. It combines storytelling, entertainment, licensing excellence, and experiential tourism in a way that speaks to families from all over the world. Children step into a world they recognize. Parents rediscover a character they grew up with. And Dubai becomes the stage where imagination meets reality.
From the moment we launched, we were fully booked. Families shared their experiences online. International platforms picked up the story. We reached millions of viewers globally through media coverage, social sharing, and influencer participation. What started as an idea became a city-wide experience that contributed to family tourism, children’s entertainment, and branded experiential marketing in the UAE.

Impact at Scale

Through Socialprise, my business development and strategy agency, we helped structure the project, refine the business model, align with international licensing requirements, and design the growth strategy. We did not simply market an idea. We helped shape it into a scalable, sustainable business.
The impact has been significant. The project has been nominated for awards, recognized for innovation in experiential entertainment, and positioned as a reference for branded activations in the region. This level of visibility and recognition in such a short period of time is a reflection of both strong execution and a supportive ecosystem.

Every day you drive past architectural milestones, record-breaking achievements, and visionary projects. It is impossible not to internalize the message that everything is possible. The city itself is inspiring and becomes a reminder that ambition is welcomed here.
What makes Dubai exceptional for entrepreneurs is not only opportunity, but balance. You feel safe. You feel supported. You can focus on work without constant distractions. You can take care of your health. You can enjoy leisure. And this balance fuels productivity.

I often say that in Dubai, you are encouraged to focus on one thing: excellence. It is the land where everything is possible. When systems work efficiently around you, your mind is free to innovate. When you are not consumed by administrative obstacles, you can think strategically. When the environment is stable, your courage expands.
In one year, I was able to accelerate what I had been building for two decades. Not because I suddenly became more capable, but because the environment allowed my capabilities to operate at full power.

Dubai does not replace hard work. It multiplies it.

I am deeply grateful to be building here. Not because I needed rescue, but because I needed acceleration. And Dubai provided it.
