Haigazian University’s Online Collaborative organized a Converse Day at Hagazian University Campus in Hamra on Thursday November 7, 2013.
The Online Collaborative will be celebrating its third year anniversary on the 15th of November 2013 and has partnered with Converse to throw a one of a kind party! Since the party is by invites only, Haigazian University’s Online Collaborative gave away tickets for the party to the winners of the tweet up that was held on campus on Thursday the 7th of November between 12 and 1 pm.
Since I am a lecturer at Haigazian University, I was wearing a converse myself, and tweeted some pics, I posted them on instagram. Since my class was early in the morning, before the tweet up, my students had for assignment to take photos of students wearing converse and post them on their instagram and twitter accounts (It was a great opportunity to teach them about hashtags). We had a lot of fun! Check out the photos here.
