On May 20th, 2014 Haigazian University ADC244 students organized a Stay Fit event in collaboration with Decathlon Lebanon and Le Cerf Volant Beach and Restaurant.
The students organized four different games. Scavengers Hunt which was the first game of the day required students to find seven flags hidden in different corners of the University.
Since this event was organized as an assignment during the HUADC244 course, to learn how to use social media while marketing for an event, the students prepared video teasers which were shared online, check them out:
The tasks were divided between different groups. I did not offer a lot of help to the students to allow them to experience the good, the bad, the ugly of organizing an event and I was so proud of the result, and the effort of each of my students, before, during and after the event.
